Nope, I've never had any of those... but, on the other hand, I've got insurance on all my business actions, including equipment - and never had anything break down... * knocks on wood *

Confusing..? - the Mac OS X is supposed to be the easiest GUI there is.
But, as I mentioned, you can also install Linux or M$ Windows on it too...
"the Mac is the most stable hardware to run Windows" - common ICT professional opinion.ve
Bottom line is: the Macintosh is the only computer I would give a recommendation. It gets the job done, has the best return-on-investment ratio & expected life-time 3 times longer than other main manufacturers.

Browsing speeds..? - I can't complain. But, every time a new browser version comes out, the competition situation changes... same as always.

Re: Computer and the likes
It doesn't matter where you get it - the manufacturer warranty is the same.
Btw - if you're looking for a laptop mainly for web use, pretty much any 10"+ notebook with Wi-Fi & 3G would do... 300 Euros and up... screen size, RAM, optical drive, SSD, etc... there's no limit on prices.
...but, if you intend to do photos, graphics, audio & video editing as well - THEN a Mac is a MUST.

I used a Mac the other day and had no idea what I was doing. Didn't even know how to close a window!
I guess using Windows all my life, it would be hard to get used to change

Re: Computer and the likes
...and still, Windows is a poor copy of the Mac OS interface...
I'd like to see the 3D GUI Apple has been developing for the last few years.
One fine day, you will move away from the dark side & finally see the light.
